• Quotes: Any price quotes generated through our online "Get a Quote" tool are estimates based on the information provided by you. Final pricing is subject to verification of vehicle details, current fuel surcharges, and route availability.
• Booking Confirmation: Submitting a booking request online does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to acceptance and written confirmation by Autobarn East Africa.
• Vehicle Eligibility: You warrant that you are the legal owner or have explicit written authorization from the legal owner to transport the vehicle. Vehicles must be in a roadworthy or safely towable condition, with no illegal contraband inside.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the website, the server on which it is stored, or any server connected to the website.

While Autobarn East Africa takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transport of your vehicle, our liability is governed by our official Service Agreement and applicable Kenyan transport laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autobarn East Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use of the vehicle, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, road blockages, strikes, or government restrictions (Force Majeure).
